Who we are

Hack The Planet is operated by Muhammad Abdullah Balouch, a sole trader based in Pakistan, trading as Hack The Planet. You can reach us through the contact page on this website.

Authorized, ethical use only

All courses and lesson materials at Hack the Planet are strictly for education and authorized security testing. You agree to only apply these techniques against systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Any illegal use is a violation of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Products

We sell digital products: video courses (lecture access) and ebooks (PDF downloads). All products are for education and authorized security testing only.

Payments

Prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), the merchant of record for your order — Paddle handles payment, billing and applicable taxes. Your card details are entered on Paddle's secure checkout and are never stored on this website.

Delivery and access

After payment, ebooks are delivered instantly as a download link on this website, and a copy of the link is also sent to your email address. The download link works for 30 days. Course access details are sent after your enrollment is confirmed. Access details are personal and may not be shared or resold.

Refunds

Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. In short: if a product is defective, unreadable or not as described, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the contact page. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

Content and intellectual property

Course videos, PDFs, lesson materials and other materials are the property of Hack The Planet and may not be redistributed without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the website and courses after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
